El peticionario solicita se derogue o revoque la sentencia T-281/10, se aclare los numerales 1 y 2 de su parte resolutiva y se haga claridad en cuanto al término que tiene la accionada cumplir con el fallo mencionado.
La Sala establece que en el caso concreto no se dan los presupuestos requeridos para entrar a decidir sobre la solicitud de aclaración y en tal sentido DENIEGA la petición elevada.
